Yes, he was driving the car.

There is really no reason for that and what you say doesn't make sense.

Well that's you, but your post made it sound like you were proud he died in a drink and drive accident and ignored the fact he killed another person.

I really think you should go to a psychologist because it seems you have problems with your aggressiveness. :S
