When to use the 4-2-4 and when the 4-4-2?

When you feel like it, some people prefer a 442 flat, other a 424. Nevertheless, it is all about the starting position of the wingers (offensive midfield or midfield strata)

Which one did you use with Valencia? Or the most?

I also noticed that the 4-2-4 (MarAzul_442v4.fmf) isn't exactly the same as the screenshot in your post (I think the strikers duty changed?)

Both Strikers are Pressing Forwards, the right side on Attack, the left side on Support. I used the 424 version
