Sup folks! This is my newest tactic.I was using a 4-2-3-1 at first but many of my key midfield players got injured in pre-season so I had to switch to this tactic and it has been getting some pretty good results for me so far.

Here is the formation:

The Instructions:

Player Roles and Duties:

Goalkeeper - Goalkeeper(Defend)
Left Back - Wing Back(Attack)
Centre Back - Central Defender(Defend)
Centre Back - Central Defender(Defend)
Right Back - Full Back(Attack)
Centre Mid - Advanced Playmaker(Support)
Centre Mid - Deep Lying Playmaker(Defend)
Attack Mid - Attacking Midfielder(Support)
Left Striker - Advanced Forward(Attack)
Centre Forward - Poacher(Attack)
Right Striker - Deep Lying Forward(Attack)

In this formation,the key players are the left back,the Deep Lying Playmaker,the Attacking Midfielder and the Poacher.

Touchline shouts:
I did not use any touchline shouts with the tactic except two.When their player was sent off,i would shout retain possesion and pass into space.

True but they normally are close or in the net as my midfielders are Gourcuff,Kallstrom and Sissoko who all have long shot attirubte of 15+
