is there a way i can sack my assistant manager as i offered a contract to another one who is miles better and they accepted but my board said,
"they have cancelled the deal as they don't think we need another assistant manger"
???thanks ;)
 
yeah just make him terminate his contract....if he does then you can get another *** man...
 
yeh i have tried that but "my board aren't willing to pay compensation"
iguess that was the only option aswell? :(
 
but you can make him mutually terminate the contract as well...there is that option also...if its not then I guess you are caught up with him...:(
 
offer you current assistant a new contract as first team coach, he might except freeing your assistant manager slot
 
let his contract run out just like wad i did to dwight yorke @ sunderland when he is the assistant manager. did dat partially becuz 1/2 the team was unhappy with him.
 
If you try and hire him as a coach, then promote him to Asst Mgr from within the club. That will work.
