sacking the assistant manager

its really hard to fired my assistant manager,
im playing spurs,

its hard to fired kevin bond,
the board will always block the mutual termination and block the termination contract,
when i got extension, he also got extension

how can i fired him???

It reminds me of a bug in the 95/96 Italian Championship manager, in which, after leaving a club and signing with a new team, Mark Bosnich(!!!) of all players would be released from whatever club he was on and join your new club for free... weird...
