Sagna £21 million?

i am currently in January with arsenal and city have bid £21 million for sagna, the transfer date will be at the end of the season so he will be 29 by then. Should i selll him?

i recommending getting romario right away, but he might be just 19( 18 from the start), but defo better than Jenks. or if u wanna splash cash, then get van der wiel or cesar azpilicueta !!
