I have the option of buying Sahin for 7m, which is fine. He is interested in coming, but he want 80k wage and around 4M in loyalty bonus with his managers bonus. It's a bit much for me right now so I just want to take him on loan and have the option to buy him later. The problem is the board won't allow me to offer a loan deal where I cover 50% of his wage even though I have enough money to cover that. How can I bring that number from 40% which the board allows to 50%?

try editing your budget and put more into your wages than your Transfers if its not already max.
only other way(s) would be to a)ask your board for a bigger wage fund or b)sell a few players or terminate a few contracts to free up more in wages

Wow you absolutely should sign him for that cheap, in my game I would easily pay 20 mil for him if he was interested
