Saints-second season...need help !

Hey again,
As you may know ,i started a save with Soton...
I'm is 2nd season now...
PSG made a bid for bertrand :48m€ Amazing...
But he played really good last year,average rating 7,57 and being rewarded with a presence in the best XI in BPL...
But his stats are dropping and he dont posses amazing stats and he's 25 now...
I think im gonna sell him,could you guys suggest a worthy,young replacement ? I have 50m and if i sell him,i will have 90m to spend,yeah 90
I bought Kane Tielemans,Januzaj and Mammana in my second season,the boards were very generous with me
And i need a rotation GK,not too expensive,to rotate with Forster...

You have Matt Targett already at Saints who can definitely become a great LB, if not maybe look at Mings if you want to stay English as atm in my save he is the best LB in the world. Kurzawa from Monaco too, if he is available?

Targett didn't develop as i'd hoped on my game. Not sure if Mings is good enough if you're looking to win titles either. Funny how some saves are a lot different to others!

Kurzawa has been good on most of my files. Have you looked at Digne from PSG?

Thank you all,but Mings and Targett are simply not good enough...
UTD want a crazily 100m for Shaw...
I ended up,buying Alex Sandro for 19m,not exactly an english player )
