Sales that fall through because of no money???

Hello, has anyone else had the experience of being about to sell a player with everthing agreed and then it falls through because the buying club don't have the money? I don't understand this, why do other clubs offer money for your players that they don't have. I had several offers for Gabriel Milito and he accepted Lazio, then after the transfer fell through none of the other clubs want him anymore and I am stuck with him. Surely this is a glitch in the game, what do you guys think?

ive seen that happen loads of times, even from the quad winners barca. sometimes they just cancel for other targets or just dont have enough money simply

yep happens alot also i get alot of cancelled ones because the club has reached its maximam 3 no-eu players in its team,and you think well why did they bid in the first place.
