Newcastle Sack Alan Pardew

Newcastle chairman Mike Ashley has sacked Alan Pardew due to poor form in the premier league, Pardew lead Newcastle to 3 wins and due to the lack of form has been sent packing.

Ashley sent out this statement. “Due to the lack of form in the premier league we’ve decided to let Alan go, he’s done a tremendous job here but couldn’t move us in the direction we as a club felt we needed too, this may come as a shock or a great weight to us only time will tell but we are looking for someone to take us back on the straight and narrow.”

Bookies and pundits alike are naming former player Alan Shearer to re-take the helm but others associated with the current vacancy are; Diego Maradona, Steve Bruce, Karl Robinson and Steve McClaren.
It is said the Newcastle will be announcing their new manager next week.​

Beckham to Newcastle?

It has been said today that David Beckham will be taking the Newcastle helm; current sources inside the club said this. “David has been to meet with Mike Ashley and is currently looking at a contract bringing him in as new manager, Beckham when meeting Mike seemed to be all smiles and on the same terms as the Newcastle board.”
Beckham 36, is out of contract at L.A Galaxy and is looking for a way back to English football, but all we know is that the press conference unveiling the new manager is tomorrow.

David? Gavin Marnes, Sky Sports: what made you make this choice?

David: Well i felt that it was my time to hang up my boots and try as a manager, despite telling the media before that i was never going to try and venture on to managing, I’ve had a delightful playing career with some of the best teams around the world, this is my way of paying the one thing i love back.

Gavin Marnes, sky sports: this is going to become a shock to many of your fans, and football fans worldwide, do you have a preference on how you are going to manage the players?

David: all in due time, all in due time.

Guy Walker, BBC sport: with Newcastle currently lying 18th​ in the premier league what makes you think you are the difference?

David: i believe that i can be the difference, i wouldn’t say im the difference now but I’ve only just taken the job and don’t know what the players think, what the current staff think, i need time to gel my players and staff together and make one winning circuit.
