Santi Cazorla always not motivated to play for me.

Ive started mutiple games and hes always unmotivated to play for me as his manager. And before you ask my past playing experience is International so i dont understand what the problem is.

Just because you're past playing experience is International, it doesn't mean you have a good reputation. What's your reputation?

it all depends on what your results are, have you insulted him somehow, how do your team talks go, where are you in the table, are you winning or losing etc.....so many different reasons as to why he wont be motivated for you.....takes me near half a season of good-ish results for my whole team to respond positively to me.
