the game could not be saved.i put on my football manager today went too load my league and came up game couldnt be loaded also tried other previous games couldnt be loaded either so i just delighted them.decided too satrt a new game then as i went to save it came up save game failed the game could not be saved so now i dont know what to do anyone know how to help please.my game is installed through steam and have version 10.3
