Goals with national team

1) Reach the top 75 in FIFA rankings before 2022 World Cup
2) Qualify for 2022 World Cup

Thats about it at this stage, will grow as game goes on. Any feed back on other thing will be appreciated.

Rules for Wellington Phoenix

1) Only sign New Zealand players (excluding 5 export positions)
2) Turn club into a stable financial business.
3) Promote 1 under 21 player a season (name that player at start of season) and play them at least 15 games.
4) Aim to average 10000 attendance per season.
