trying it out at the club in my hometown, for half a season now and it's going well.
Liga 2 SABSEG

There are some games in which I dominate and I can't score 1 goal, and others in which in half a dozen shots I score 2-3 goals, mainly with teams of a higher level.
For example in a cup game where I was playing with 1 more for 30min and I couldn't even draw, let alone turn around. Any suggestions for these cases?

End of season and promotion to the 1st division.
Since the expectation was from the middle to the bottom of the table I think it can be considered a good season.

It could have won the title if in the last 10 games the team didn't know how to win.
For now it's the only tactic I got promotion in the 1st season. And I've already tried some.

I don't change mentality, just would use two options:
- If you're the weakest team you can remove the right forward and move the left forward to the center. That way you can protect the defensive line and even score.
- When you're the stronger side you can remove the right midfielder and move the left midfielder to the center.

On hazard days when you're playing with nine, make both changes and pray a lot.

I will not change the system, but will need to test some new tactic options of FM23. Waiting for 7th November to try it. No early access for me. Will post the FM23 tactic when I feel it's good enough to share.
