Hi,

I want to start a new save in one of the scandinavian leagues, but I don't know anything about them. As Norway isn't in the eu, how are their foreign player rules and which league is the easiest. I also want to know if there are any other restrictions.

thx

Norway is in my opinion the best in terms of money and league quality. There is a maximum of 11 non-homegrown players in squads, which I guess means that you can have only 11 players who haven't been trained by Norwegian clubs. Rosenborg would be a good team to start, good players, money and a chance to get in to the CL group stages.

I thought about Brann Bergen, I think it would be a good challenge

Of course FC Copenhagen, which is the best team in Scandinavia, they have good players, some debt, but not something that would affect you. and they are in the Champions league
