Noticing some similarities with my England story XD
Well done on getting to World Cup and next round with Scotland!
 
Stay on but dont play so many youngsters when their not ready.
You could have called up Hutton, McGregor, Berra, McManus and Caldwell.
 
Mcgreggor is retired, McManus wont play for me and caldwell sux. I'll defo include hutton tho.!(H)
 
caldwell is much better than zander diamond :L so your using the 10.1 patch, i thought you were using 10.3
 
I thought you were on 10.3? I.m not going to lie to you, i nearly spunked my nut when i saw you'd picked leigh griffiths. Ive got a meat rocket for him right now. I thought the point in this thread was to pick a completely uncapped side. There is much better players available if youre allowed capped ones. Can I recommend taking a wee swatch at my story if youre interested in young scottish players...tomorrow though, I need to get the info. I'm actually about 7 games in. But i forgot to write the story.
 
I like Griffiths, signed him for motherwell in my other game.

Christie Replaced By Ally McCoist.


Today Cameron Christie was replaced by Ally McCoist after resigning just months taking Scotland to the second round of the WC. Christie said '"I would like to thank all supporters for their ... well support. I would also like to thank the board for giving me the time to build such a young national team. I love the memories but would like to take the next step in my career. I will take no more questions, Thank you.
 
I hope youre having a joke-a-cola old bean. I was rather enjoying this thread. Ally McCoist? No way! He'll just have Kenny Miller playing in every game.

Dundee have today signed manager Cameron Christie. Christie did not apply for the job, but found it a great way back into management. Speaking to the Dundee Advertiser Christie said 'This is a dream come true and i am looking forward to working with the players. The main ambition is to get the club back to the top division, but I'm sure the fans are hoping for a nice cup run.'

Christie also singled out leigh griffiths as a key player and a genuine hope for the future.

Dee's 4-3 QoS

A flawless performance from Dundee's front-men ensure a opening game victory for Christie and his men. The defence looked Shaky but Christie thinks it will be safe for the next match after securing Carlo Nash on a free transfer. Griffiths gets two!

Dee's 3-1 Ross County

Another confident performance fires Dundee into the semi's. Good team effort, no goals for Griffiths though


League: Dee's 1-0 Dumbarton

Curler from Eddie Malone secures a winning start for Dundee. Come on you DEE'S


League Cup: Dee's 0-0 Falkirk

Christie's men put out SPL pro's on penalties to put Dundee through. He said he was impressed by the team spirit, which Falkirk seemed to be lacking. Another good result and has to continue against Dunfermline !

Christie Reveals New Kits!

Cameron Christie today unleashed Dundee's new kits on Britain. Loosley based on the original Dundee kit it is said to be a new fabric, never used on football kits before. The new sponsor is Evian Spring Water, which is considered a major coup for the club.


P.S: I've never made kits before so comment please :D
