So...in the description of the download it describes most of this new league. I also made two new teams for the bottom division to make up the numbers - Inverclyde and Gourock. Their are 13 leagues and the top 3 in the SPL get 25m, 20m and 19m respectively. If I can, I will put up some screenshots. Check it out and feel free to ask me questions.
