Has anyone had any success in this league? Playing as Montrose who have a below average squad but struggling to get anywhere with them. Would love to hear from anyone that's managed to get anywhere in this league and what tactics you used.

Keep it simple as you don't have top class players. Put all the roles, mentality and fluidity in but put no team instructions. Add them in if you want to edit how your tem play.
