Was wondering if you have to pay fees if you sign a scottish player, i.e if you sign an english player under 21 from a team on a free, you have to pay his value as a 'development fee' any ideas? I only ask as i am in my first season at Wrexham and have just agreed to sign Darren McCormack at the end of the season on a free, but he is worth 250k and dont really want him if i have to pay this when he signs... Thanks
