I've got a problem - I've found 2 great coaches, just generated (as former players) who were suppose to be scouts, but agreed to work as coaches (because of higher salary).
I have signed them for 5 years contracts at start, and right now, after 2 years of working as coaches, I still cannot send them for coach training (license B), because they are not interested (at least my board says so...).
Will they finally become coaches and will go for such a training?
