Scout for Regens

I was wondering how do you scout for regens? Arsenal seem to be scouting them in the bucket loads and have signed loads and i have sent my scout's out but they dont find nany one how doi scout regens?

I don't think you can just scout regens but you should just look through foriegn clubs yourself. I usually find some good ones in the Czech Republic and Slovenia.

Just search through young players... All regens start as youths thus just get your scout to scout an area for youth players, and look through the ones that come up. Regens will always have the cartoony generated faces.

Well, if you don't mind how you find them. Download Genie Scout - if not, I'm sure you can set up some Scout filters to locate the best young players.
