Scout problem

Hello guys,

I'm trying to get newgens, and since it was 3 October I sent my scout with Adabtability 15, Judging Ability 16, Judging Ability 18 (I play Bologna) to North Africa. The Egypt bar was pretty much full, but still he returns with nothing. Is there nothing in Egypt or am I doin it wrong.

Most likely nothing that he finds good enough for your team, Egypt is not really a great footballing nation. If you have a scout thats good in Brazil or any of the South American countries then you would get a few returns, also look into getting a scout for Spain and surprisingly in my game Sweden and Denmark...

(PS your scout doesn't have to have a great understanding of the country, just good stats, although it does help if they know the counrty)

Well the regen wasn't there yet. But should I look for countries with more football culture like Cameroon, Senegal etc.?
