So for some reason all of my scouts' reports have disappeared from the players' profile pages and there is no way for me to bring them back.

As you can see, it doesn't give me the option to bring the scout's report up. I can only bring up Physical, Season Stats, Form, Player Status, Transfer Info and Contract.
The only thing that has changed for me this season is that I took an international job while staying with my club (I took Canada's job). Is it possible that taking an international job while staying with your club is causing this? Is this a bug that everyone is experiencing or is it just my game being buggy?
Lastly and most importantly, is this something I can fix? Any help would be really appreciated.
