Scout Reports

I have just started a new game with Southampton, I was looking to scout some players - but when I go to the scouting tab, the option to "scout with" is not there so I am unable to know how good a player may be for me.

Help? Please?

I think you may not be able to scout in the area of the player you are attempting to scout. Try asking the board.

Yes, go to Board Reqeust, Network, Scouting Range, then request a larger range. Whenever I've done it they've let me.

IN lower leagues you can't scout out of England, then the British Isles and France, then EU, then WORLD DOMINATION.
