Scouting Africa

As you may have heard, Africa become a major contributor of great regens in the game, but what tips have you got for scouting Africa to the best of your ability?

I've found some really good Africans. I just send out scouts to central africa as these players are more likely to play in India. One thing I've noticed about the africans is that they develop really fast! From 1.5 stars to 4 stars in one or two seasons! Again, I'm playing in India, a league that now has one star for league rep.

there was a guide somewhere about what countries in the world produce the best regens so going by what i can remember you can get good ones from north and central africa and east or west produce good ones sadly i cant remember which one it is so i send a scout to both. dont bother with south africa.

and what i did was send to scouts to north and central africa as these produce to the best imo ive already got an army of african players especially defenders

yep
mostly north african and west have great regens
Tunis Algeria Morocco, Ivory coast, cameroon, South Africa and sometimes even Zimbabwe or DR Congo produce wonderkids
i once had a regen from Lybia and he got to be the world best player in a few years

Zambia and Sudan are also producing quite decent regens in my save.

have 4 or 5 scouts scout: North Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa and Western Africa (the whole African continent) at the same time, this will also increase your scouting knowlegde

i ussually get 2 for each region beside south africa

thanks for all the help, any suggestions for scouts to use for Africa? Any i use get nothing as they have no previous knowledge of Africa although they are world class scouts in some cases

I think that you should scout South Africa, they also have some good regens, a had once a DC who had 180 potential, he plays in Prem now, and a midfielder playmaker with around the same PA who I sold to Man Utd for about 30-35 mil. euros and he's the best in-game, but yes mostly northern africa produces quality regens...
