Scouting Knowledge

Hi all, just wanting some advice on scouting, how to find the best new regens in FM. I never seem to have a world knowledge go above 26%, how do I get a wider base on this? I have never really taken a lot of interest in scouting before... but I would really like to learn about this.

Where do I send the scouts to search? What brings back the best possible results? How am I going to an find a diamond out in Indonesia?

To help with world knowledge it can be useful to sign scouts with full knowledge of multiple countries rather than just the highest stats for Judging Ability and Judging Potential - obviously you want a couple of those as well, but scouts with a wide range of knowledge can definitely broaden your pool of players to choose from.
