Scouting Players

I was just wondering, how do you know which scout to scout a player to get his report card for the most reliable results?

Do you look at all the scouts and look for the best attributes for ' Judging Player Ability ' and ' Judging Player Potential '?

determination, plus those two attributes. if i like a player i repeat scout him. but i also take into mind that this is the scout's opinion, and therefore not gospel (as too many people think, and then say scouts are s**t), and like in real life, they are not perfect.

Ok thanks mate, I've never known the right attributes to use, I just geussed them ones.

But yeah, I suppose I have to see myself if I think they are good enough instead of just relying on the scouts opinion.


So what would be the main attribute?

both of them are key, JPA tells you how good they are now, and JPP tells you how could they could be

What I usually do is use at least three different scouts to do report on the player and see what their opinion before making my own decision. I also always take a look at the player's attributes and personality to see if he's a good fit.

did some calculations and found out that half star potential means the player can improve everything by 1
or some attributes 2 some non depends on how u train them
so saying a player with 4 silver star current potential and 2.5 golden star potential should improve most stats by 5, or depending on the traning hes under some 3,4 some 6
but ur scouts got to have good Judging Player Ability and Judging Player Potential, lets say over 14, with fairly good know knowledge of that area

there r players who for example have 140 PA and can be better players then guys with 160 PA
so check the scouted players attributes so u can see how they might look like in the future
sometimes player with 1.5 star potential can become world class players aswell

if you wanna find good players do the scouting yourself, only use your scouts to gain wider knowledge so there are more players in the game to search for.use a search filter then send your scout and only pay attention to the work permit and transfer fee, and strengths and weaknesses, judjing by a players attributes that you can see you will be able to tell if they are good, if your not sure wait a year or two when they are young and see if their attributes increase.
