Scouting players

Hi

I have just started a game as Blackpool and I want to send my scouts to different countries, but when I go to assign this to one of my scouts the world option is grayed out. Does anyone know what I need to do to allow this?

That is because your scout Currently has a roaming assignment or because you have yet to ask the board to increase your scouting Range.(If scout has current roaming assignment cancel current assignment and then assign new country)

thats probably because your scout is already on an assignment. go to your clubs name ---> scouting ---> name of scout. then get rid of the assignment he is currently doing, then the World option should be available again.
