Hi All, I am currently on a Wrexham save in FM14. I had no staff so have hired a couple of scouts, the best has Scouting Current of 14 and Scouting Potential of 14 so by no means a slouch.
I set his assignments to bring me back players with a very good level of either and he so far hasn't brought anybody back at all. Has anybody else had this issue or have I set my parameters too high?
What sort of assignments do you set you scouts in the lower leagues???
