Scouting!!

Hi just asking for advice on where the best places to send my scouts?

Get a chief scout/DOF and let him handle it all, apart from on youth intake days (the day before assign a good scout to that country).

Also have 1 scout to scout next opposition, and a few assigned to youth tournaments (especially French Youth Invitational and U21 World Cup!)

I disagree.

If the board approves and you've got the cash to pay them, I would have one scout for each of the major European leagues, Brazil and Argentina and their U19 leagues. Your chief scout should have the best attributes, use him to scout the world and to do final scouting on anybody promising your other scouts dig up.
