Hi! I've question about scouting. What is the best method to find wonderkids, talents etc.? Send scouts by the chief scout or do it yourself? What is the most efficient assignment? Nation/Region/Competition/New Talent?
Depends on what club you are basically.I have 2 methods of my own.If i am playing with a big club than i generally check my scout reports regularly and send them to every nation i know generates the best youth products.Example in italy check the clubs of juventus,milan and inter for quality regens.And in spain check out barca and madrid.They produce the best youth in their country every season.Other leagues it is random so i wait for scout reports.
If playing with small team than on each regen dates check out the whole clubs you think will produce good enough players for your level of club.
