Sorry if there is already a thread about this and if there is just close this one

Anyway, in some of my saves i have downloaded shortlist for wonderkids, but when i get scout reports my scout says that they will be a useful addition or fairly good(2 and 2 and a half stars).
My question is should i listen to my scouts or do they underate some players?

it depends on their ratings in regard to player ability and rating

It really depends on the quality and level of your scouts, eg, if their judging player potenial and ability are high, their less liekly to make mistake. But don't think that just because they have high attributes taht they won't make mistakes, sometimes youv'e jsut got to work on instinct.
