Scouts

Apart from pa/ca what thinks should i be looking for in a good scout?
I cant seem to fond any amazing players as off yet and would like to know areas i should send my scouts off 2.

I tend to do PA/CA and Determination. I dont know if Determination does anything but I like to imagine them going the extra mile or something... its a game probably doesn't happen like that.

Determination is key for a scout, it will determine how hard he looks for the players... low determination = low player count...

adaptability is good as they are always travelling....

working with youngsters can be a bonus as well...

Determination and Adaptability

Like tubby said, Determination is important. But so is adaptability. When you send a scout to a new country a scout with higher adaptability will take less time to settle in and start sending you reports. Also Tactical Knowledge is important for scouts reporting on the next opposition.
