screen grabs using windows 7

I am having problems trying to screen grab using Windows 7.
I want to screen grab my current squad and table to put up on here but can't seem to manage it.
Anybody help me please.

You have to make a screenshots folder I think.

Or just press Print screen > Paste into Paint > Save > upload onto here?
