screen resolution problem!

hi first of all sorry if this is somewhere else i tried searching for it but couldnt find anything. when i try to upload football manager 2012 demo it comes on and gets to the load screen then just closes down! then in the corner it pops up about my screen resoultion and saying its not optimal. i have tried changing the screen resolution but still no luck :/ any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

mine just starts closes at the start? got it from steam which is probley the reason, steam sucks i hate it i always have problems with games from steam.
