Screens not loading

Hi guys, i downloaded a couple of bits last night, player faces and shortlists and have extracted them to folders called graphics and shortlists within another folder caled data.

But since doing this the game won't load up, it begins with the SI sign coming up, then the sponsorship screen then my screen goes white.

Anyone got any ideas?

Try running the game with the --reset_preferences command line option.
