Screenshot Feature

First of all, I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place. Second, I would like someone to help me with a small piece of information. I gave a try to this skin, OPZ-Beam and it looks amazing (for me). You can see in the screenshot below, that this skin has a Screenshot Feature. You just press that tiny little button and voila ... it takes a screenshot. That screen will appean in Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\Screenshots. I was wondering if someone could tell me how to add this "Screenshot feature" in other skins. Thaks in advance.

Why is it needed? Is pressing Alt+F9 so hard? :S

It does not need to be on the screen, so why is it there? FYI, I have done interface design at Uni
