Searching after a good tactic for River Plate ~~ FM2010

Hi, everyone!

I've currently started a new save with the team River Plate on Football Manager 2010. But when I play the team plays really bad. I've lost all of my pre-season games and the goals I've scored is on penaltys...

I've only bought one player and that is Gaston Sangoy.
