Second Season pre contract players

I am currently in my second season roughly in december and i am wondering what are the best players available on pre-contracts in the second season.

i managed to get Micah Richards, Roberto Pereyra and Christian Fuchs in the first season who have all done well.

This is more simple:
Go into the scouting centre,add a contract status condition,then select expiring in 6 months,and you can see all the players that you need...
