Second season striker needed?!

Just finished first season with Everton. Had a decent season and finished second!
but I was constantly changing my strikers as they were in and out of form!
I'd like to splash out on a consistent goalscorer for my second season.

Any ideas?!
Probably will have up to 10 million to spend?
