So i seem to have cracked management in Fm15 so far in my two saves as Arsenal and Sevilla. With my goal scoring being solid in both. With my Arsenal team scoring 3.8 goals a game after 10 games with me conceding 0.7 per game. With Sevilla im scoring around 3.5 after 15 games and conceding about 0.8 as well. Dont know why some people are finding it so hard. As i use different formations for each team. So far both are working fantastically and find my self top of the league in the Prem and La Liga. If anyone wants to know my tactics feel free to ask
