What ways do you pick you squad.
Do you go on how well they have played in the last game or anything else?

I tend to pick the strongest available squad in terms of how fit they are.

I think everyone does that.

Not really.. I often play the same team twice in a row if they've played especially well in the last game..

Also, if a key player is only on 85-90% i sometimes play him ahead of someone who is still good, but on 95-100% condition..

Also like giving youngsters a chance, so they usually go on my bench, or start if it's easier opposition, other than that, go on form, and key players - I don't like dropping quality players who haven't been playing well, I just give them more chances lol, like Fabregas, or Zamora in my Fulham save (even though he didn't score for over 1000 minutes!)

I have never played anybody whos condition is below 90. Even key players. Usually give them a rest till they back to 100. Happens alot towards the end of the season

I never like playing the same team twice in a row, dunno why it just doesnt feel right. If someone (unless a key player) gets a rating of 6.6 or below then they usually don't play the next game (unless a key player or have no one to play instead of them).

best possible 11 but if thats not available then ill look at the talent i have available and decide from there

It depends on a top table team and european game and 4th round cup & above i try to field the strongest team.
If a player is unfit or not as fit i pick the strongest fittest player.
Also if a player is playing well I field him.
Then on some easy games I gives the youngster and subs a go.

This posts really sounds **** lol.

Survival of the fittest.

I only pick players with 95% fitness + for some reason. I will only pick below that if I have a really bad injury crisis or I'm missing a player for a particular position. However, I rotate a lot so my team varies every game which means everyone is normally match fit and above 95%

Rotation style I buy for depth rather than a superstar starting XI

Key players play 75% of games so every 3-4 games I rest 1 or 2 key players depending on opposition
Backups get at least a 1/2 every 3 games and easy european matches cup ties.
Youngsters play against easy European matches /cup ties

The only time this goes to **** is when african nations cup is on and its an absolute free for all

Doesnt that make them unhappy? Rotate your team a lot ?

Depends on the opposition.
If it's a weaker side I will more than likely rest key players and give younger guys/not first team guys a go just to see if any are playing well.

I also look at my fixture list - if I have a big game only 3 or 4 days later then I think about the team that I wanr 100% fit for that

A) Condition/Fitness - Minimum 90% fitness, very rarely I pick a player below that.
B) Form and Quality - I'll usually try to pick the best players I have but if I have a youngster playing really well I'll often keep him in the team until he makes a mistake. If I have a key player in poor form then I'll often drop him for 3-4 games and let some other guy have a chance.
C) The most important one - gut feeling - I may drop a striker who has scored 10 goals in the last five games just because I feel that he might not score this time.
