He does, which pretty much rules him out.
Although Walker you can pick up for 6-7mil easily and is one of the best RB's on the game after a few years

Di Silvestri is brilliant well worth spending the money on.

If you talking about the brazilian Romario, you can get him only for 240k as that's his minimum release fee.
