Selling FM 2013 on Steam..

Recently brought FM 2013 on steam for £22.99... I enjoy the game but one problem that puts me off it is how slow the game runs, my computer is only 2bg, FM 2012 ran fine on it, but FM 2013 not so, tried holidaying a season and it took 3 hours..

So, just wondering is it possible to sell your FM 2013 on steam? I know it's frowned on, but I know some people do... I'm selling mine dirt cheap anyway

3 hours to holiday a season isnt that slow :/ perhaps dont load so many leagues?

I do.. I only load one country, England with Premiership and Championship...
Even then it shows half a star for computer performance and estimated game speed
