there won't be an official update made by SI. There could be one made by someone but I have no idea. You would have to wait until FM 12 to get the new transfers if no one has made one
You cannot edit the iOS version of FMH so a fan made one is out of the picture, sorry. Also like the PC an update to the database will be the next version (FMH2012) which will be out before Christmas.
