Hello dear FM fans I come from Serbian FM // Serbian Football Managers :: Football manager fan site from Serbia. Last year we organised International Online tournament Without Borders. That was the first time we organised it and it went very good in a pleasant atmosphere and good matches. In tournament were teams from Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Serbia.
This tournament represents the release of the new Football manager so it starts one or two weeks after it is released.
So we tend to make this tournament the tradition of our forum and to hold it every year, and we are making it this year also.

The format of the competition will be like Champions league and the hole system of competition will depent of number of people interested to participate in the tournament. Here are some of the rules:
- It's played on 1vs1 system
- Players will agree on time of the match in corresponding thread.
- Official time of the match beginning must not be later than 22:00 local time.
- In the case of being unable to reach an agreement of match time, member that is online on 22:00h wins the game by 6:0.
- Host is obliged to post screenshots of the match.
- If connection breaks (ICB.) during the game next rules are applied:
- For every Win you get 3 points
- For every Draw you get 1 point
- FOr loss you get 0 points
- In group phase all games will be played with same clubs (and in qualifications - depending of number of players)
- After pogressing to KO phase clubs change and so on until the finals.
*ICB in the 1st game during 1st half - match is replayed
*ICB in the 1st game during 2nd half - game is repeated if the connection broke to the player who had the lead
*ICB in the 1st game during 2nd half - current score is official one if connection broke to the player who was losing
*ICB in the 1st game during 2nd half and it was a draw only 2nd half is replayed
*ICB in the half time of the 1st game only one half is replayed
*ICB in the 2nd game during 1st half - 2nd game is replayed
*ICB in the 2nd game during 2nd half - game is repeated if the connection broke to the player who had the lead2
*ICB in the 2nd game during 2nd half - current score is official one if connection broke to the player who was losing and the result suits the opponent
*ICB in the 2nd game during 2nd half and it was a draw only 2nd half is replayed
*ICB in the half time of the 2nd game only one half is replayed
