playing with wolves at the mo and doing well. 4 points off top at christmas. i am losing far too much from home and have been beaten by relegation contenders on my travels. played 12 away and iv won 2 drawn 3 and lost 7 while conceeding 29 and only scoring 10. tried everything from counter attacking to possession style game and left the tactics the same when im playing at home. im untouchable at home. have won 11 out of 11 scoring 37 goals in the process and only let in 7. any tips

How are teams playing you when you're away from home? Are you being unlucky (creating lots but not scoring?) and is there anything you can do to change that - are you praising your strikers so much for home performances that they get complacent for away trips?

If you change your tactics, don't expect results in two seconds - and certainly don't change the mentality system too much or your team will really struggle. That your home form is so impressive indicates that it might be something to do with your tactics being spot on for home performances (width maybe?) but need to be tweaked just a little for away games.

Watch a full match at home and then a full match away from home. What's changed? That will give you the key to adjusting your tactics.
