set piece often reset or change itself!!!

as this is really bugging me...just before i started or after a match, i check again for my set piece strategy..and, often, it changes itself to default, or some players defaulted itself (not in a position where i assigned them to) anybody ever experience it? is it a bug? it never happened when i played fm 10 or 9......this really made me mad, as i'm NOT CHANGE anything in the tactics, and set piece is one of my specialty....thx if anybody help

The 11.1.1 hotfix hasn't fixed the problem, despite claiming to on he changelist.

Unlikely SI will humiliate themselves with another unscheduled hotfix, so the next opportunity to fix this si the 11.2 December bug fixing patch.

Read my post. It's a bug in the game, supposed to be fixed by the last patch, but it wasn't.

It should be fixed in next months patch.

im dissapointed..really, there's a lot of bug in fm 11 than the 10th...especially this simple matter, how could the testers not noticed it? ckckck..and lots of 'worse' things in match view than the previous FM
