Set Pieces - How do you have yours?

With these instructions, what role do you set the taker as? for example if the taker is set to attack far post wont that be a problem?

I normally just set the taker to stay back :-)
 
This is so frustrating, So many goals are conceded from corners it's unrealistic and for me a real game breaker, I've tried a lot of setups to combat the amount that go in, I accept that goals can be scored this way that's just football, but surely not this many, It seems that 95% of the goals against my team are corners. I'm getting fed up with it now.
 
I'm having exactly the same problem! Its winding me up, been playing this game since before champ man italia and I've never known it be so bad! :-@
 
In 50 games I have only conceded 12 goals from corners, leaving defending corners as default.

Yes - that would cause a problem because you'd either have nobody attacking the far post or an AI selected player, whose height, jumping reach and heading ability might not be suitable for the task. So I always set the taker to Go forward.
 
just a quick question so i have jassar corners set up so who would i get to take the corner since each player is set to do something this is my set up so which player do i use to take the corner

afaik Giovinco is a dwarf, terrible pick for challenging the keeper
switch duties so your best corner taker to "attack ball from deep" because your corner taker will not be involved in that setup no matter which duties do you set for him but you`ll still have one player attacking ball from deep.
 
Most important things in Defence.

Tall player marking near post, tall player in 6 yard, player closing down corner.

In Attack, Fill all near and far positions plus keeper, cross to near post were my tallest players are.
