IN FM14, its only Zonal or specific man marking ( since NON specific man marking doesn not exist irl).
Just before kickoff ( when doing the teamtalks), click tactic and go into player. Click the player you want to man mark and then use the "instructuction - edit. You find it in the down right corner
next time, use the thread fr small questions in the Tactic section
